How often should you clean your gutters?

Once per year is usually sufficient. Twice a year is recommended in both the spring and fall if there is heavy tree cover. This will allow the gutters to be cleaned before the heavy spring rains and then in the fall after the leaves fall off the trees and before the freezing temperatures and snow arrive.
